I have been in practice for (over) 20 years and in the health and wellness space since 2016. I combine my unique expertise in integrative health, coaching, lifestyle change, mind-body integration, and mindfulness to serve clients seeking to prevent and recover from burnout and make self-care a reality.
Prior to my own journey toward whole health and wellbeing, I allowed years of stress, poor eating habits, and lack of consistent exercise to lead to digestive discomfort, food sensitivities, skin irritations, weight loss resistance, headaches, back pain and work-life imbalance.
I understand how frustrating and confusing these and similar concerns can be. I know how struggles with health, body and stress can impact so many other areas of your life. Making incremental changes over time led to powerful improvements in my health, as well as relationships, mood, stamina, weight, and restored my sense of optimism and vitality.
Through personal experience with an integrative approach and ongoing education, I learned how to sustain healthy-living habits and practical routines. I’ve restored my own health, mastered my mindset, and learned to take radical self-care.
Throughout my career, I have had an orientation around client-centered service and care. I deeply and compassionately listen to people’s stories and guide YOU to be your own hero. I know that even though we are all unique and come from different places, if we dare, we can create a full, vibrant, healthy, meaningful life for ourselves and those around us.
