It’s unusual for anyone to get an hour to explore their health and wellness goals with a trained, experienced, compassionate professional. As an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals.
Most approaches to healthy living dwell on the latest diets, and whether something is “good for you” or “bad for you”. As your coach, I will not dictate a plan for you, but together we will explore what has worked for you, what might not, and what motivates you. Instead of creating lists of restrictions or meal plans, I coach my clients to explore simple improvements and implement gradual changes. As successes grow, clients find these changes lead to an even more powerful impact than they originally expected.
No one way of eating or lifestyle works for everyone. I will guide you to find the health and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will help you make positive, sustainable changes to reach your personal health goals. We work together on the areas you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation. We will identify what’s most important to you and develop a clear vision of your own best health. Together we’ll co-create your specific path so you know exactly what you’re working toward. You are the expert on you and I never take a one-size-fits-all approach. We will follow your lead, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

I received my health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and a variety of dietary theories. I also have a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I have completed numerous trainings and courses in additional areas including:

In my own journey to whole health, I needed a holistic approach, one that included nutrition, movement, stress management, and community. My path was not just about losing weight, but healing in order to feel optimal energy, balance, and wellbeing.
After spending many years as a clinical social worker, although I was able to support others’ needs, I had started to neglect my own. I allowed years of stress, poor eating habits, and lack of consistent exercise to lead to digestive discomfort, food sensitivities, skin irritations, headaches, back pain and work-life imbalance. I understand how frustrating and confusing these and similar struggles can be. I know that health, body and stress can impact so many other areas of your life.
It took several years of experimenting with what worked for my body, my needs and my lifestyle. And I didn’t do it alone. I had to find my own rhythm, and a lifestyle I could sustain.
Through clean eating, physical activity, detoxifying, and mindfulness, I have overcome chronic digestive issues, cravings, skin issues, weight loss resistance and pain. I now have a balanced pattern of eating that is aligned with my body’s needs, a regular fitness routine that gives me energy and reduces stress, improved work-life balance, as well as daily meditation and mindfulness practices. These ground and center my spirit and support me to manage a busy schedule, keep me connected and allow for stillness and contentment in a fast-paced world.
Making incremental changes over time led to powerful improvements in my health, as well as relationships, mood, fitness, and weight. I restored my sense of optimism and vitality. And now I am grateful to have the opportunity to guide and support you in living your healthiest life and reaching your goals and dreams.
Throughout my career, I have been focused on client-centered service and care. Now, more than ever as an integrative health and wellness coach, I am driven by profound curiosity, interest and awe in the human experience. I believe that when we can access our best selves, the possibilities are limitless - for ourselves, our loved ones and our community. I have honed my skills in the art and science of listening - to my body and its messages - as well as to you and your innate wisdom, and the world around us in need of healing.
